About the Position
As an Information Architect you will be defining and documenting detailed architecture models, design patterns and technical standards to optimise the security of the environment. You will establish frameworks to ensure security and integrity of information.
You will develop architecture (including business process, functions, applications and technology), maintain and monitor frameworks, systems and standards. Your responsibilities will include metadata, taxonomies, retrieval, security, storage, integration and disposal of information.
This is a strategic role in defining the Information Management Architecture.
About You Included in your background:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Information Architectural Frameworks including the latest related concepts, trends and hands on experience
- An IT, Computer Science or Business degree
- One or more post graduation qualifications such as a Security Certification, Six Sigma, ITIL, PRINCE2, Project Management or similar
- Experience in identifying, researching, evaluating & recommending new emerging technologies
- Extensive experience in consolidating various information sources into a group wide, accessible information source
- Project planning and report writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and analytical
- The confidence to cope with new, exciting and dynamic information architectural projects
- Excellent project management skills and a keen desire to lead
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
