- Experience with BW - BusinessWorks, BE - BusinessEvents, GI - GeneralInterface or similar EAI Toolsets.
- TIBCO Enterprise Message Service, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO adapters.
- J2EE, Groovy, Hibernate, JMS
- SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle
- Agile or RUP or Rational Rose
- Staffware / iProcess or Business Connect useful.
- Experience with integration projects using file, real-time and batch integration.
Other Attributes - TIBCO deployments: load balancing,High availability, Disaster recovery & fault tolerance.
- Leadership Skills - Mentor Junior Developers.
- Drools or JBoss Business Rules useful
- Good Consulting / client facing skills
